“The Retail Rebels – Who Will Conquer the Connected Consumer”

This insightful presentation from retail expert, Jerry Inman will explore how you collaborate, communicate and connect with the next generation of shoppers ¬and employees – Generation Z, as they are definitely different. Bye bye Baby Boomers and Gen Y ¬- Generation Z is now the largest demographic in America and represents 1 in 4 Americans. Retailers for years have strategized how to engage and capture the mindset of the Millennials, the most researched group ever and now everything they have learned is turned upside down with GenZ. The industry has changed radically in the last 36 months with the “Direct-to-Consumer” Shift and “Seasonless Story Telling” and now is the time for product development and manufacturers to come to the forefront to be a real trusted partner to retailers/brands. Discover what it takes to be a “Retail Rebel” and what has to change to capture this new shopper with mobilization and an abundance of influence today. He will introduce strategies, progressive technology and teamwork needed to be “cray cray” and OK with Gen Z.

S10 – 3:00 pm   NELLYRODI – Luc-Dominique Demettre
Do Good – Spring / Summer 2018

Today, we no longer want to be a silent spectator of what’s going on around us. We no longer want to say we don’t know, we have no solutions. We want to act, at any price, and current events are making it urgent to do so. When we do good, we feel good.
So many things now incite us to take up new and noble causes. Starting with a fascinating generation of rebels and dissenters who are breaking the established rules, committing generations of rebels and dissenters who are breaking the established rules, committing themselves and acting from the heart. Their recipe: do, make, get involved, federate and above all commit. For a homeland of the heart that exists beyond all borders, where human values are the chief concern. In this initiative rich context clothes take on a whole other dimension. Vector of wellbeing or creative manifesto, banner of exotic elegance or indicator of our relationship with nature, the wardrobe can no longer, must no longer be neutral. It’s time to commit! TAKE A STAND!

Register to our seminar and find out about the Spring / Summer 2018 key fashion stories.
